Something not working - on the site, or in one of the products. Say what happened, and press the arrow on one that is already here if it happens to you too.
Check whether it is already here before posting. One report with nine people saying “me too” is far more use than ten separate ones - it is the difference between a broken install and a broken product. Every report gets an answer: confirmed, fixed, cannot reproduce, or working as intended with a reason.
Something wrong with your own account, or a download that will not start for you alone? That is not a bug report - open a support ticket instead, which is private and can say things this board should not.
