This site is operated by Pective's Cozy Collection, from the Netherlands. Using it means accepting the terms on this page. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
Pective's Cozy Collection is run by an individual in the Netherlands rather than by a registered company, so there is no Chamber of Commerce number or business address to publish. Nothing is sold directly from this site: paid products are bought from the third-party store their button links to, and that store is the seller for the purposes of the sale. Should that change, the trading name, address and registration number appear here before anything is sold.
NOT AN OFFICIAL MINECRAFT PRODUCT. NOT APPROVED BY OR ASSOCIATED WITH MOJANG OR MICROSOFT. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang AB. This site is an independent project that makes modifications for the game and has no affiliation with, sponsorship from or endorsement by Mojang Studios or Microsoft.
The products listed here are mods, datapacks, configuration files and code snippets for Minecraft. Each listing states the game versions it supports. Buying one grants you a licence to use it; it does not transfer ownership of the work.
Unless a product's own README says otherwise, you may:
You may not:
Where a product ships its own licence in its README, that licence governs the product and overrides this section.
Every paid product on this site is a one-time purchase. Nothing on this site charges a recurring fee, nothing auto-renews, and nothing you buy will ever bill you a second time, so there is nothing to cancel and no renewal reminder to send.
The plans page describes two paid tiers, Pro and Ultimate, and describes them as subscriptions. Neither can be bought: there is no checkout, no card form and no way for this site to charge you anything, and no account can be put on a paid tier by asking for one. They are named there so the intention is public rather than a surprise later.
If either does go on sale, this section changes before it does, not after. It will state that a subscription can be cancelled in the same number of steps it takes to start one, that a reminder is sent before any recurring charge, and what happens to what you already downloaded when it ends.
Payment itself is handled by whichever store a product's button links to. That company processes the transaction and issues the receipt; this site never sees your payment details. Their terms cover the payment and their refund process applies to it.
Accounts on this site are free. Signing in never costs anything and never unlocks a paid tier, because there is not one.
If a paid product does not work on a game version its listing claims to support, ask for a refund and you will get one. Write to no public contact address is set for this site yet with the product and the version you tried, or use the refund process of the store you bought it from.
Free products are free, and download links can and do change. If one is broken, report it and it will be fixed.
Consumers in the EU and the EEA have a right to withdraw from a distance purchase within fourteen days without giving a reason. It is a statutory right and nothing on this page can take it away or shorten it.
Digital content is the one place that right works differently, and the difference is worth understanding rather than glossing: a download you asked to receive immediately, having been told you would lose the right by doing so, is not returnable once it starts. That is the trade. Without both halves of it, being told and agreeing, the fourteen days stand.
Nothing is sold from this site today. Every paid product's button leads to a third-party store, and that store is the seller, the trader and the party you have a contract with. Your fourteen-day right, and everything else consumer law gives you, runs against them and is exercised through their process. The refund above is offered on top of that, not instead of it. If selling ever moves onto this site, this section is rewritten before the first sale rather than after it.
None of this affects your separate right to a remedy where something is faulty or not as described, which lasts far longer than fourteen days and cannot be signed away either.
These terms are governed by Dutch law, and the courts of the Netherlands are where a dispute would be heard.
With one deliberate exception, and it is in your favour: if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the EU or the EEA, none of the above takes away the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, and you may bring a claim in your own courts. A clause that tried to strip that out would simply be void, so it is not attempted here.
If something cannot be settled directly, a consumer in the Netherlands can take a complaint to ConsuWijzer, the Dutch consumer authority's information desk. Complaints about personal data go to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens instead, and the privacy policy says how.
An account is optional. Everything on this site can be read, downloaded and bought without one; signing in only adds the ability to like products and leave comments.
Accounts are created by signing in with a Microsoft account. Microsoft, not Pective's Cozy Collection, is responsible for authenticating you and for the security of your Microsoft account. Your password and any two-factor code are entered on Microsoft's own sign-in page. This site never receives them, never stores them and cannot recover, reset or change them. If you lose access to your Microsoft account, or believe it has been compromised, that is a matter for Microsoft's account recovery and support, not for this site, and nothing here can help with it.
You are responsible for what is done through your account. Do not share it, and do not sign in on a device you do not trust.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you should have your parent or guardian's permission.
You can delete your account, and everything on it, at any time from your account page.
There are three plans: Free, Pro and Ultimate. Free is what every account starts on and is not a trial - it does not expire, and nothing you can do on it today stops working later.
Pro and Ultimate are not on sale. There is no checkout on this site, no card details are taken, and nothing bills you. They are described so that the plan you are on is never a surprise. Until they open, the only plan anyone can put themselves on is Free.
Whatever Pro and Ultimate turn out to include when they open, it will not be access to downloads. Minecraft's own rules do not allow a mod, a datapack or a config to be sold or put behind a subscription, so no plan on this site will ever be the thing standing between you and a file. Products marked Free stay free for everybody on every plan, permanently.
These terms will be updated before anything can be bought, and what a plan includes at the time you subscribe is what you get for that subscription period.
Some products carry a price rather than being part of the free catalogue. Their download is refused unless your account is entitled to it - politely, with a link to the plans page. Since no paid plan can be bought, in practice that entitlement today belongs to the site's owner and to any account the owner has granted it directly.
There are no testimonials on this site and there never will be. No curated quote, star rating or endorsement appears anywhere on these pages. Comments are shown exactly as members wrote them, in the order they were written, and are never selected, edited or reordered to flatter a product. Nothing on this site is invented social proof.
Buy and download buttons lead to third-party sites. Those sites are not controlled by Pective's Cozy Collection, and their content, terms and privacy practices are their own. A link is not an endorsement of anything else that host publishes, and Pective's Cozy Collection is not responsible for anything you find or do there.
This site and everything on it are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. There is no promise that the site will be available, uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
Minecraft mods modify a game that updates on someone else's schedule, and a mod that works today can break on the next release. Back up your worlds before installing anything.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Pective's Cozy Collection is not liable for:
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid Pective's Cozy Collection for the product the claim relates to, or to ten euro if you paid nothing.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Where you deal as a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by anything on this page.
If a claim is brought against Pective's Cozy Collection because of something you posted, or because of your breach of these terms or of the law, you agree to be responsible for the reasonable costs and damages that result from it, to the extent that they were caused by what you did.
Do not attempt to gain access to the admin area or to another member's account, disrupt the site, work around the comment filter or the rate limits, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or use it to distribute malware. Automated requests are rate-limited and abuse may be blocked.
You can stop using the site at any time and delete your account from your account page. Pective's Cozy Collection may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive the end of your use of the site do so, including the licence you granted for comments still published, the limitation of liability and the section above.
These terms may change, and the date at the top of this page records when they last did. Members are asked to accept a materially changed version the next time they visit rather than being opted in quietly. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the current version.

Comments and the rules for them
Comments are public. They appear under your Xbox gamertag, they can be read by anyone, and they can be indexed by search engines.
When you post a comment you must not:
Criticism is not against the rules and never will be. Saying a product is broken, badly made, overpriced or not worth buying is entirely allowed. The rules above are about how you treat people, not about whether you liked the mod.
Who is responsible for a comment
You are. A comment is your own statement, not Pective's Cozy Collection's, and it is not reviewed or endorsed before it appears. Pective's Cozy Collection does not monitor comments in real time and does not adopt, verify or vouch for anything a member writes. You keep whatever rights you have in what you write, and by posting it you grant Pective's Cozy Collection a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display and distribute it on this site.
Moderation
Comments are checked automatically before they are published, and anything the filter refuses never appears. That filter is not perfect, in either direction: things will get through that should not, and occasionally something harmless will be refused.
Every comment carries a report link, and reported comments are reviewed. Pective's Cozy Collection may hide or delete any comment, and suspend or delete any account, at any time and without notice, for any reason or none. That is a discretion, not an obligation, and choosing not to act on one comment is not a decision about any other.
Reporting something
Use the report link under the comment, which is the fastest route. For anything urgent, or for a copyright or privacy complaint, write to no public contact address is set for this site yet with a link to the comment and what is wrong with it. Complaints are acted on promptly, and unlawful content is removed on becoming aware of it.
